Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a small processing fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location or drop-off point and keep your tracking number to monitor the progress of your return shipment.
